About Me
I grew up in a simple village, surrounded by nature, curiosity, and freedom to explore. Without distractions, I learned by observing, questioning, and experiencing life firsthand.
That shaped a belief I carry today—most of the important things in life are self-taught, discovered through curiosity and a desire to understand.
Over the years, I explored health, nutrition, and human development through personal study and real-life practice. By applying these principles, I’ve maintained strong health into my 70s—free from common chronic conditions.
My journey into prenatal education began in 1997 and has been shaped by years of learning, real experiences, and conversations with parents.
This platform is my way of sharing what I’ve discovered—so together, we can nurture healthier, stronger future generations.
